Kis Bike Co. Stylus Fork
This fork has been an absolute pleasure to design. Not only does it look smooth and friendly, it is strong and light. With it's fully heat treated cromoly construction and 6mm thick dropouts, it can easily stand up to the rigors of modern freestyle riding. The dropouts are enclosed to prevent 'Pinch' of the fork dropouts and are therefore only compatible with female axle front hubs. The dropouts are extensively machined on the inner sides and also have a neat countersink on the outer side which has been designed to fit our Titanium bolts snugly inside. If you prefer to use a washer (x 2 supplied with every fork) they also fit snugly in the countersink and are totally hidden from view to complete a very smooth and pleasing look. All edges are smoothed off and rounded to reduce the ferocity of contact injuries during crashes, bails and foam-pit sessions. To finish it all off we have an integrated bearing race machined into the steerer tube, and a 6mm allen key, alloy top-cap or pre-load bolt, with Custom Kis 'K' logo etching. The steerer hole is a 6mm slot and the right hand dropout has a laser Kis 'K' engraving. The prototypes have been taking a bashing since May and have held up very well with no problems whatsoever!
